The One Where I Finally Start My Christmas Shopping

My mom came and visited me today from Madison, WI. We met Amber at Pannekoeken for breakfast. I was SO excited to introduce my mom to one of my best friends. I tried a pumpkin Pannekoeken for the first time and it was amazing!!! I can't wait to try another one sometime soon! After talking and laughing our way through breakfast, we went over to Fish and Pets. Then we went to my favorite place (and new place of employment) Rochester Scrapbooking Company, to meet some more friends and to show my mom around. We also went to Caribou, Hobby Lobby, Michael's and Shopko. It was so nice to spend the day together talking and laughing. And yes, I did get a good part of my Christmas shopping done! Wahoo! Can't wait for our next trip, Mom! I love you! :)
